Your personal information is stored on our site exclusively for billing and shipping purposes, and will never be shared with 3rd party vendors for any reason.
- Returns & Replacements
- All of our products carry an unconditional, money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are ever dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund. If you receive an order from us and the product is damaged or malfunctioning, please call our toll-free line, 877-867-6155, and we will replace the damaged product without charge. Replacement kits are available for failed clocks at no extra charge within three years of purchase date. We will ship the kits to you for self-repair, or you may return the clock to our studio for repair. Replacement kits for clocks which fail beyond three years after purchase date are available at a cost of $15 for self-repair and $20 for in-studio repair, including return shipping.
